Baby Burlesks was a series of short films produced by Educational Pictures in the early 1930s. They were satires of major motion pictures and current events. All of the performers were preschool-aged children. (Why write something new when you can steal from Wikipedia?)
Check out a 3-year-old Shirley Temple shaking it in War Babies, about WWI soldiers in a tavern.
