If he really were a wizard/teacher hybrid, don’t you think he would have used his special powers to help Florida climb from 45th place nationally in High School graduation rates?

Perhaps he could have made the Florida school system’s budget increase from it’s chronically underfunded condition.

Let’s face it — it would take a magician to make the reputation of Florida’s schools disappear. After all, it’s so bad in places that the ACLU is suing schools — for letting Florida’s children down so completely that it violates their civil rights.
