I can just imagine the conversation:
P.R. Guy: “Don’t they know that we’ve spent a ton of money to associate ourselves with the Beijing Olympics to demonstrate our commitment to the Environment and Clean Water? What’s with all of this “human rights” shit? Totally off-message! ”
Coke Guy: “Are we even selling any product in Darfur or Tibet? We’re NOT?!? Get me Hu Jintao on the line immediately!”
Note to the real-life versions of the hypothetical guys above — Lack of access to Coca-Cola is not actually considered a human rights abuse. These “protester people” are talking about other stuff.
